Do I need to be there for the clearance?
Not necessarily. If we can get access — a caretaker, a key safe, a managing agent — we can clear it while you’re not there.
Can you clear a flat for a landlord or letting agent between tenancies?
Yes, end of tenancy clearances are one of the most common jobs we do.
What if there’s no lift in the building?
That’s fine. Carrying items down stairs from any floor is part of the job.
Do you take fridges and mattresses?
Yes. Fridges and freezers are £65 each, mattresses are £45 each, and TVs or monitors are £15 each, on top of the load price.
